Extensive range of services available are provided according to your individual needs and/or designed to your specifications.  All services can be provided on a regular or ad-hoc basis.  If the service or item you require is not indicated below, please do not hesitate to ask.

There are so many benefits for businesses today in using the services of a Virtual Assistant - no employment costs to pay such as salaries, pensions, National Insurance, sick pay, vacation pay - no premises or equipment costs - no training fees.  Also, our fees can be reclaimed against tax, and all fees are VAT free.

Reasonable rates are available and in some cases, charges can be negotiable depending on the work required.  Payment of invoices can be made by cheque, or preferably via PayPal.

We use a high-spec PC using Windows XP and protected by F-Secure's full Internet Security package.  We use the Canon MP610 which provides high quality printing, copying, and scanning, and also the Canon ix4000 for A3 size printing.

For most of our work we use Microsoft Office Professional with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher, and FrontPage.  We also have other software programs for photo/image manipulation, DVD writing and other functions.
