Table Plans are used to advise your guests of the table they are to be seated at, as they come into the reception room.  Most venues will supply a stand for you to place the Table Plan on at the entrance of the reception room.  It is advisable to decide where each table number will be located in the reception room as you will no doubt wish to have specific guests, such as close family, seated at the front by the head table.  You should plan where the tables will be positioned with your venue prior to deciding where your guests will be seated.  One Table Plan should be placed at the entrance to the reception room.

Our stunning Table Plans match your chosen design and are available framed and unframed.  The beautiful frames that we use are of very high quality so if you wish to have your Table Plan framed, choose a frame from the choices below.  After your wedding, you can either keep your Table Plan in the frame and hang it up as a lovely keepsake, or remove it and replace it with your own artwork.
